By using FoundryOps Agent (g-gremlin), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service

FoundryOps provides CLI automation tools for GTM operations, including CRM orchestration, hygiene checks, and autonomous admin fixes.

2. Beta & Payment

Beta access is free while seats last. Planned pricing is $599/month or $6,000/year paid up front. We will confirm before any charge. Planned pricing may change.

3. Data & Security

API keys stay local. We don't store CRM credentials server-side. Data stays local unless you explicitly push to sinks.

4. Acceptable Use

Use FoundryOps Agent for legitimate business purposes only. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or resell the service.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. No refunds for partial years.
